Alternative Photography

My quest for abstraction has revived my long-term interest in photography and more specifically to alternative methods of photography which offer a wide range of techniques to explore.  I use Intentional Camera Movement (ICM), where the camera is deliberately moved during exposure, to turn sharp images into abstract, impressionistic or painterly artwork.  The technique of multiple exposure with digital blending then enables me to combine separate images into a single frame.  The result is the creation of complex abstraction as an art form in its own right as opposed to traditional photography.

The photographs shown below are priced at £80 unframed for a size of approximately 23x23cm but they can be printed in smaller and in some cases larger sizes.  Please enquire.
